Subcontracting Challan printing after reconciliation (status assigned)

Former Member

Hi,

My requirement is to reprint the subcontracting challan after reconciliation (status assigned).

To reprint the challan we use the tcode j1if11 and tick print immediately. Spool is generated and we are taking printout.

But since the challan is reconciled system is not allowing to enter in tcode j1if11.

Please suggest how to get print in this case.

Regards

Why do you want reprint reconcilled challan ?,You can reprint challan with posted status.Once reconciled(Status-A)

i.e, some of challans were reconciled, system won't allow you to change challan.

For reporting purpose,You can refer all challans using J1IFR.

If you customize challan printing, you can print multiple copies(orginal, duplicate, triplicate).

Hi,

Try to print the Challan through T-Code J1IF12. Here click on Print Button on the Top of the Screen.

If the print button is adjacent to search button then it is display mode (not able to click it).

You may search for spool number of challan in SP01 to reprint it or else print multiple copies in standard or using customized print program to avoid problems in future.

We are using a very simple solution. During print we convert it into PDF and save in DMS to take print out in future.
