History deleted for trip

HI All,

I can not see any trip of my Test User in Quality server neither in PR05 nor in any report. The only think that has happened is that the user has changed payroll area and user id in HR a couple of times. But I cannot understand why they are to disappear from TRV because of that the trips are still previously created and saved in TRV but can see it in history. Trip No. is 778 but when i am trying to see it through trip no. no report is generating.

However today when i create a new trip for same user i can see it in history, but not the old one. Is there any other way to see the history.

What could be reason for this

Thanks & Regards

Try getting something from PRTE

Hi,

Even in PRTE i can not see the trip no. 778. I selected Trip No range from 770 to 780 but trip no. 778 is missing there.

Is it possible that if a user user has changed payroll area and user id in HR a couple of times there is chances that you can not see the old trip.

Best Regards

Did you try running RPRDETEC for this trip to see if any inconsistency?

If there is existing trip data it should still be stored in PRTV_PERIO, PRTV_HEAD etc

It should happen only if you delete a personnel number via PA30 then this can affect expense reports but if changing personnel area, then no this shouldnt affect it, even if change of personnel number as the old PERNR gets stored in IT0709

Hi,

In which table i can see Trip No. which has been created

I checked User in PA0001 table and found that it is existed and has changed from 01.05.2011 so there is no problem with user id. What the reason could be why i can'nt see the old trip created for this user

Best Regards

Tables for trips - PTRV_HEAD ; as a matter of fact try PTRV* - gives a comprehensive list of tables.
