HI Experts

While updating teh Assets register through ASKB the following errors has noticed . Below is the error , can anybody help me out in resolving the issue

Diagnosis

When creating the accounting document, the system could not find account

'Clearing acct. revenue from asset sale' in depreciation area 91 for

company code 1600.

Procedure

Enter this account in the account determination for Asset Accounting.

It will be better if you tell the steps to be taken to clear the issue .

Is it AU133 that you are getting in ASKBN?

Please ensure you have all accounts set up correctly in your account determination following SAP note 7595.

You should maintain the Customizing with OADB and AO90 for the depreciation area(s) that are affected by this error. Then run ASKBN again.

It depends which depreciation area is affected by AU133. Also note, that it may be the case that you have maintained the field Different Depreciation Area for Account Determination (T093-ABWBER = e.g. 01) for depreciation area xy.

That means, ASKB derives the accounts from depreciation area 01 as it calculates the depreciation area xy. Also it could be in your case that area xy is a derived area and 01 is a real area. They have different accounts. See AO90, special Reserves section. The depreciation area 01 would have no entry. This causes AU133.

There can be various reasons why AU133 occurs, but it is definitely a missing or incorrect assignement of accounts - hence an customizing error.

Please check your account assignment with help of SAP note 7595.
