Dear All expert,

Our user need to change the password every 90 days. hence, I need to change the "Database Logon" password for the 20 reports every 90 days.

Im currently using BusinessObject Edge. how can I solve this problem?

    Hi,

you could pass this action to the DB.

For example under Oracle you could create a LDAP User Table where the Passwords are stored and synched. against your LDAP Dir. Thats a DB Task.

In BO you use DBUSER/DBPASS for each Useraccount. So the Useraccount under which the user connects to InfoView gets passed to the DB.

Check the EDGE Admin Guide for DBUSER/DBPASS.

    Regards

    -Seb.
