Perf. Mgt Appraisal Document - Step Description Not showing

Hi All -

I have configured my statuses and process. Everything works fine as far as the document flow and the process map, however, when I open the document, there is no process step description, even though I did maintain this data in the config.

Has anyone else seen this error? Mike Pappis (another SDN member) referred me to Note: 1483617. I am currently awaiting basis's reply on the note, so in the meantime I wanted to post something on here, in case the note does not correct this issue.

Hi Nick,

If you have configured it correctly in the IMG process configuration step and you still don't see the description, it will be solved with that note.

I have the note implemented, however I still do not see my step description appearing on the document.

Any other ideas?
