Cost for quality inpection

Sir,

i want to use inspection type 04 for finished goods

in this case how we can understand what is the coast incurred for the inspection

Any standard report available to know the cost details in inspection lot wise.

    There is no direct report available for cost details in inspection lot wise.

    But there is definitely concept of Cost Of Quality

      Hello Faisal,

      If you are using inspection plan for the inspection type 04 then we can capture the cost through the QM workcenter (to be assigned to the operation in the inspection plan ) by activity (similar to production work center). Similarly we can can capture cost for incoming inspection .
