RHINTE Reports

Hi,

I have couple of doubts here, need help to resolve the issue.

Question no: 1

I am running RHINTECHECK report and getting following errors for several employees:

1. Incorrect position assignment of person 53228307 in the period 26.01.2011 - 26.03.2011

2. Cost center TALC/HBD330 blocked against direct postings on 23.07.2010.

3. Incorrect cost center in IT1 for person 55768200 in period 07.04.2011 - 31.12.9999.

4. Incorrect organizational unit for person 25771709 in period 01.01.1900 - 28.07.2010.

5. Incorrect job for person 55771709 in period 01.01.1900 - 28.07.2010

Pls suggest which RHINTE reports I need to run and in which order and also let me know the procedure of running RHINTE reports if possible.

Question No 2:

After separating employee I could see default position 99999999 which is correct but I could see valid Org unit id and job key, which I am not sure, is correct or incorrect because Org unit and job id comes from Position so if position is default 999999999 then org unit and Job should come as 00000000. Can you pls let me know what should be right org id and job key after separating employee.

Did you run the report for active employees only? You can get messages from RHINTECHECK that do not constitute a problem if you run for inactive periods as well. (Double clicking on them would show you that it may not be a problem).

Also, when an employee is inactive, he has position 99999999. This will differ from OM, without it being a problem. His org.unit and job would be from the last position he held.

I am running RHINTECHECK only for ACTIVE employees. As you mentioned that (Double clicking on them would show you that it may not be a problem) i could not get this point. Request you to elaborate bit more.

I am taking about Withdrawn employees position not inactive. I have checked from PD side also after separating employee all the job and org unit relationships are getting delimited but in IT0001 Org unit and job key are showing valid along with the default position 99999999. My question is if position is default what should be org unit and job key?

I am not sure I understand you correctly. But when employees ar withdrawn, they are inactive, are they not? At this point they will have the default position 99999999. They will have the job and org.unit from the last position they had before withdrawing.
