Dashboard Analytic Server issue

Hello All,

we are supporting BO XI 3.1 SP3 and we forced issue with Dashboard Analytic Server which was in starting status. After that as we were not monitored this process we received notice from customer that dashboards are not working for them.

As solution we restarted mentioned service. But as usualy customer want root cause so we are looking for note or official statement from SAP that it is going on common utilization bug or that it is working as designed that sometime the services are restarted by them selves.
