Description field for inventory documents - How to activate this field in transaction code MI01.

Hi,

If you are using ECC 6.0 with EHP 4 functionality then go to SFw% and activate Business Function "LOG_MM_CI_1" with help of BASIS Consultant and then analyze the changes.
