Unable to get unread mails in uwl

Hi;

We are using UWL for travel management. The workitems in workflow in SAP inbox can be seen in UWL under the tab tasks and they can be executed .

.But if SAP inbox has any read or unread mails they are not reflecting in UWL on portal under any tab.

Please guide us how to get these read or unread mails from SAP inbox into UWL on portal.

Regards;

Anzar Naik

    Dear Anzar

    As you might know, the UWL connector which aims to pull mails from the user SAP Inbox into UWL is the SONIC Connector, as you can see here:

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/0b/fbcf8a4e7c4839b31ce5ddbd293f61/content.htm

    Look at the "SAP Office Notifications in the UWL" section in the table.

    But note that this connector is also mentioned on SAP Note 945484 as not being supported by SAP for NW versions between the following:

    NW 7.00 - 7.01

    NW 7.10 - 7.11

    This means that you can install the connector for these releases through the link provided within SAP Note 945484 for these releases, but any issues with it wouldn't be supported.

    If your NW version is already equal or higher than 7.02 or 7.2, the connector will be already available as soon as you have installed the system.

    Let me know if you have any other question in regards to this connector or to the functionality itself.

    Best regards,

    Armando Zaro
