Ad-Hoc Workflow Templates in UWL?

Hi,

I am on AN EP6 SP2 and try to get in touch with workflow templates. In the Content Admin / Workflow Content / Workflow Templates there is a disabled(!) button "Create Template". Any hints how to enable this?

Is it possible to attach any documents to ad-hoc workflows (without backend)??
