Hi ,

We've recently upgraded to SAP 8.8 .

is there a way to make the printer dialog box appear each time we click on the printer button rather than click CTRL+P or choose print from the file menu ?

Thanks

No, when i click the button on the top It just prints no dialog .

I was pretty sure thsi was a new feature of the 8.8

maybe i'll try reinstalling the client.

thanks ..

I believe what you are experiencing is one of the nifty bugs er, features in 8.8. I am on PL16 and still getting this behavior. In the Report and Layout Manager you can select the default printer for each individual report, so that when you click on the Print Icon, it will print to that specific printer. You can choose the printer labeled "Default", which will print to the Windows Default Printer for the machine you are working on. However, if a document gets printed to various different printers, you will have to File|Print.
