problem while creating outbound delivery. shows message no VL150

Dear SD Experts,

I am having a problem while creating the outbound delivery ,the delivery quantity is set to zero and the system shows an error (Only zero quantity of material 10033002077991 batch 09F03C0100 available) message number VL150 ,although the quantity was confirmed in the sales order and there is enough quantity in the storage location .*

i checked there is no open S.O against this. and partial billing is done for this.

There is no Storage location for this material becz it is consignment item.

checked MD04 sale order delivery.

Check the batch search strategy record in t.code VCH2/VCH3 and batch master record in MSC2N/MSC3N. One of the parameters in the batch search strategy record and batch master record might not be matching. Meaning, the batch selected in the sales order does not fulfill the requirements of batch search strategy records when the delivery is created. If you want to continue with the same batch in the delivery, you just change the values in VCH2, and then try again.
