BW3.5 DSO loading data error

Hi expert

In BW3.5, when i load data into DSO first time, it's successful. But for second time loading data it occurs errors.

the data volume is ten thousands records. below is the error message:

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the SAP BW when processing the data. the error is documented in an error message.

System response

A caller 01,02 or equal to or greater than 20 contains an error message

Further analysis

The error message was sent by:

second step in the update.

error detail mesage:

Data package 1: arrived in BW ; Processing ; data packet not yet processed.

Anyone can give some valuable advice for this issue?

Hello,

From the error you give it seems that the data load and not the activation steps fails...is the data loaded successfully if yes then the request should be green on the manage tab and you should be able to display the data records in the new data table/activation queue. In any case for both the load or activation failure can you check the "details" TAB of the load request for additional error messages. Please also check the logs in transaction SLG1 and also in sm21 and st22 to see if there are additional errors or dumps generated around the time of failure.
