Hi,

Could you let me know how u201CA/R Down Payment Requestu201D menu to be appeared on the main menu? I went to Main Menu - Form Settings but could not find it.

SBO Version: 8.81

Localization: US

Hi Tomoko,

this feature is not supported for the US localisation. You can always check in the [Globalization Knowledge Base |service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700002924752005] on the SMP what is available.

I hope you mean A/R Down Payment Invoice.

Navigate to Form Settings>Sales A/R>Check Visible for A/R Downpayment Invoice

If you don't see this form under form settings then you don't have authorization to this form.

Thank you for your reply. The new manual for version 8.81 mentions that there is a new menu for "A/R Down Payment Request" which will not post any journal entry.

I doubt if A/R Downpayment Request is available for US Localization.
