Only Appraisals of year 2010 are shown on ESS, MSS in SAP Portal

Hi,

I have a problem on my enterprise Portal. I have 2 iview's configured which uses an standard WebDynrpo Abap application of ESS and MSS to show "Employee Documents". The problem is that there are only shown "Employee Documents" of year 2010, but not of year 2011. We have some appraisals on status "In course" and "clompleted" for this year, but these don't appears.

The configuration of the 2 iview's are the following:

Iview name: Appraisals

Application name: HAP_START_PAGE_POWL_UI_ESS

Configuration name: HAP_START_PG_POW_ESS_AC

Platform: Web Dynpro for ABAP

Iview name: Team Appraisals

Application name: HAP_START_PAGE_POWL_UI_MSS

Configuration name: HAP_START_PG_POW_MSS_AC

Platform: Web Dynpro for ABAP

Anybody knows where should I modify date range, or configuration to be shown all "Employee Documents"?

Thanks in advance.

Javier

    Hi Javier,

I have seen similar issue in other customer and the problem was that the validity date under 'criteria maintenance' were set to 2010. As default criteria maintenance is usually set to hide, so click on 'Show criteria maintenance' button there you will see the validity date change it to 2011, then refresh it shoudl then show all the documents.

    Hope this help

      Hi,

Finally I cleaned cache of applications OSA-POWL-ESS and OSA-POWL-MSS, whith report POWL_D01. After I modified queries for these applications on transaction POWL_QUERY (OSA_MSS_IN_PLANNING, OSA_MSS_IN_PROCESS, etc).

With this, I solved the problem!

      Thanks for helpful.

      Javier
