How to Block Quality Inspection Material from Being Issue.

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to Issue material though it is Under Quality Inspection because Im facing this issue,

So please suggest me how to clear it from Ls24 for the same because im trying to clear it using

Lt01.And Also how to block quality stock from being issued.
