BDC not working properly once scheduled in SM36

Hi friends,

I have a BDC of Transaction MB26. When I am running in foreground (A) mode and no screens mode (N), its working totally fine but when I schedule it in SM36, one of the popup/screen is going missing and hence I am not getting 100% results.

When I click on 'Stock Determination', it checks for the material stock in inventory and if it doesnt find enough stock then it issues a message 'Do you want to correct the Errors'? YES or NO. This part is going missing once I schedule in background.

Please guide.
