Trip not getting settled

Hi,

We are facing an issue while settling a trip.The issue is while running the transaction PREC to settle the trip, we are getting an errorPlease use report RPR_UPDATE_TRAVEL_STATISTICS option 'Process backlog data' to process - see note 320758.We ran the above program with option backlog data still trip is not getting settled.

Note: we are facing the issue for only some empoyees.

Please answer a few questions before we proceed next step.

1. What is the antrg (table ptrv_perio) value for all trips which is there in table ptrv_sbacklog.

2. Did you execute the program by unchecking the test run mode?

3. Did you get a success message after running the program? if so did you check the ptrv_sbacklog table? The trips which gave you a success should not be available after executing the program.

4. What is the customizing value for your trip provision variant in transacion code ptrv_stat.

5. If the value for antrg is 4 in table ptrv_perio and the trip number has disappeared from table ptrv_sbacklog, please run prec and then check the status.

Yes unchecked

• when i ran the program , i got an error message "Error during update - table: PTRV_SADD - 56254 in the output"*

the value for antrg is 4 but still trip number is not disappeared from ptrv_sbacklog after runing prec

Yes,

We got an errorError during update - table: PTRV_SADD - 56254 after running the program RPR_UPDATE_TRAVEL_STATISTICS.

Here the provision value is 10

Hi,

The exact issue is there is one table "PTRV_SADD" which is not getting updated while running the program RPR_UPDATE_TRAVEL_STATISTICS.I cross checked the source code the program if any table(* PTRV_SHDR, PTRV_SADD, PTRV_SCOS and PTRV_SREC) is not getting updated , the program will disply an error message in ALV output.

I couldnt find a similar reported error for PRTV_SADD but maybe just check that you have 1152454 implemented also in the meantine.
