ADS config: testing ICF settings returns blank URL page

Good day

I am configuring ADS. All ABAP and Java configuration including users and destinations have been configured according to the documentation. SICF services have been activated.

My problem is that when I enter the URL in my QA system: http://<ABAP host>:<port>/sap/bc/fp/form/layout/fp_test_00.xdp, a blank page is displayed after I enter the ADS_AGENT user and password. On my DEV system an xml document is displayed.

As a result, ADS is not working on my QA system. Here is a summary of the test report results:

FP_TEST_00 - fail with 200101 error

FP_PDF_TEST_00 - Pass

FP_TEST_IA_01 - Fail -Template used in PDF render operation is invalid or cannot be found. Xml parsing error - cannot be found.

FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE (without Destination) - Pass

FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE (with Destination) - Fail

Please could someone assist with what the issue could be that I receive a blank xml page?
