Hi
My client using Repetitive Manufacturing process for the xisting materials and now they want it to change the process to discrete process for the same existing materials.Prior changing the process to discrete what are all the pre requsities to be done .
is there any way to change the process from repetitive to discrete for the existing materials.
if it is there acn you provide me the steps.

Create Prod Orders or Process order type copying from PP01 / PI01
Start using these prod order types hence forth...
You need to remove the REM Profile from the MRO views and also block the cost collectors once their balance is zero

Thanks a lot. Is it for existing materials, because the requirment is for existing materials they want to change from repetitive to discrete. we tried to remove the prodcution versions which are in repetitive process , the deletion is not happening.

my requirement as of now is remove the REM profile , that where we can remove this REM process and before removing what are all the pre rquirements has to be done.they dont want to use the REM fo existing materials, if u can help me how we can remove or delete the REM process as of now .
