CUP automated user disable

Hello

We're in the midst of an identity management project and one of the requirements they have is to execute automated user disabling (lock at a minimum) when a user is terminated in the HR system.

The product they're using is the CA identity manager. Is there a web service that can execute a web service to GRC that will automatically lock the user in the back-end sytem? Or another means by which CUP can be utilized to accomplish this?

There are web services that you can use, tehy are listed on page 341 onwards in the config guide(Version 3.18)

The one that you should be able to use is SAPGRC_AC_IDM_SUBMITREQUEST
