CUP automated user disable

Hello

We're in the midst of an identity management project and one of the requirements they have is to execute automated user disabling (lock at a minimum) when a user is terminated in the HR system.

The product they're using is the CA identity manager. Is there a web service that can execute a web service to GRC that will automatically lock the user in the back-end sytem? Or another means by which CUP can be utilized to accomplish this?
