Query on deleting personnel numbers and table names.

Hi ,

Can anyone help me with these questions?

why do some tables start with V_T and some with T?

and when I have given a wrong Personnel number to an employee how do I delete and recreate with the new number making sure that all the rest of the employee numbers remain the same?
