Nakisa Org Chart 3.0 error

Hi,

We are implementing Nakisa Org Chart 3.0. We have installed the following components

1. ABAP Add-ons

2. Transport Pack

3. SOVN 3.0 software

We are using Live connectivity.

We gave necessary perameter to connecting string. we tested the connection, it shows successful connection!

When we publish the charts with necessary configuration, we can only see the org units. We can not see the positions or employees holding the positions. Also details area is not populating with data.

We got this error message in logs:

ERROR com.nakisa.Logger - BAPI_SAP_OTFProcessor_Chart : while trying to invoke the method com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Function.getImportParameterList() of an object loaded from local variable 'function'

Can some one let us know, how to resolve it?

Thanks

Dave

    Hi Dave,

If this is the SMP build then please raise an OSS note and report the error. SAP Support will provide you with the latest build which fixes a lot of bugs with the SMP build. This should be fixed with it.

    Best regards,

    Luke
