Got an error when run Crystal report on SAP8.8

Dear All,

Our customer is on SAP8.8 PL17, SQL 2008, CA localization. They have 3rd party add-on but it will not affect the Crystal report. Their work station is windows vista. The SAP user can run Crystal on other 2 workstations but not hers (The windows user are not the same. Would it be the problem?). She got an error message:

Error while creat Crystal report.

Any idea? Thanks in advance.

Does the Crystal Report uses Add-On? If Yes, check access to the add-on folder for the user name

Make sure Crystal Report RunTime installed on the work station.

Verify whether has authorization to access Crystal Report

Thanks for the reply! The Crystal report is just a report we build for them. It is not an add-on report.
