Got an error when run Crystal report on SAP8.8

Dear All,

Our customer is on SAP8.8 PL17, SQL 2008, CA localization. They have 3rd party add-on but it will not affect the Crystal report. Their work station is windows vista. The SAP user can run Crystal on other 2 workstations but not hers (The windows user are not the same. Would it be the problem?). She got an error message:

Error while creat Crystal report.

Any idea? Thanks in advance.
