Perf Management - Part Appraiser Error

Hi All -

I am having an issue during the preparation of the appraisal document that I have created. I am getting the error, "Maximum of 00 Part appraisers allowed for template". I get the error when I try to create a new document. I have checked all my config, and I do not see any areas where I even have part appraisers defined, nor am I assigning one during the preparation phase.

Has anyone seen this issue before? Any insight is welcomed...
