Message/Alert window cannot be opened.

hello

A user must approve credit notes. she doesnt get an alert for the credit notes. When she tries clicking on the Messages/Alerts window it does not open. I tried cascade windows but this window does not appear. The same happens for her Calender as well. I unticked Display Inbox When New Message Arrives and logged out of SAP then logged in again and ticked Display Inbox When New Message Arrives. This helped previously but now it happens again and i cant get the user to see these alerts.

The user needs to approve A/R credit Memo's.

Please help

Hi Janice,

Does this user clean their in-box often? If not, she has to clean them up.

She cannot get the alerts window open to be able to clean her inbox. Is there another way to clean it?

You need contact with authorized partner to run script to clean it up. If you do by yourself, you will risk losing SAP support.

Yes you can. However, if it is not a bug but solution was exists in any notes, that will be chargeable.
