linking to an RFx response with toolbar availability from query

Hi all,

I created a query that is providing a link to Rfx responses. When clicking on these responses, the correct rfx response shows up, but the toolbar with all actions like edit, document duplicate, etc... is not available. Also when looking in a standard query, I do not see this toolbar available. Is there any way to make this available?

current setup in query result fields:

rfx name = DISPLAY_NAME

object ID = OBJECTID

Class ID = 905

Am I maybe missing some setting?
