Using Xcelsius online on BI Ondemand

Hi Experts,

I am new to SAP BI Ondemand and exploring the xcelsius online tool. I had few queries regarding the template creation in xcelsius online.

1. Cant we use an already created .xlf file ( data from spreadsheet ) and preview the data?

2. cant we write formulas for the template being created?

I tried creating a web service connection for one my datasets uploaded but was not able to see any data. Is there any other tutorial material available other than ondemand tutorials which can help me map data in web service connections. Thanks.

Regards,

Rohini

    Hi Rohini,

Still the online Xcelsius is in Beta version,

    1) We can use existing xlf files in STEP 2 when creating a template, but only simple models will successfully upload. (as per my experiece, now here the limitations are mentioned).

    2) While creating the dataset it self you have to update the formulas.

You can find more details from teh below link
