Delivery Issue

Hi,

" Delivery has to create based on the multiple sales orders with partial quantity ( Customer is Same )"

For Example Customer Number is 1234 , Material are x-1234,M-1234,P-1234, M-3456

Sales Order : 100

10 x-1234 100 Qty

20 M-1234 200 Qty

Sales Order :101

10 P-1234 300 Qty

20 M-3456 500 Qty

Client requirement is at the time of Delivery he has to pick the material partially from each sales order ( not full any sales order )

Is it possible is in SAP if Yes can any one Guide me how to MAP into SAP and what are the settings are required to solve above issue.

can u plz guide wht are the steps i have to do in T-Code VL10C

i went to that T- Code i selected shipping point and what i have to select for the field "CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt" (selected SPACE)

after that i executed , after that i selected the line items and click on "BACKGROUND"

its shows another line item i have entered manuallyfor partially qty but its not showing the open qty

after that what i have to do can plz guide me

Hi,

In VL10C,enter your sales document numbers under sales order tab and then try to raise the delivery.This will eliminate all the other orders,if any, created on this date.

In VL10C i selected particular sales order and i entered manually partial qty after that system generated the 3 delievry document numbers but my requirements is system has to create one single delivery number

can u plz explain

T-Code is VL10C

its working Fine

Try with VL04.

Enter the Shipping Point & under Documents to be selected out a Tick Mark in Order Check Box.

Now give the required Sales Order Numbers & proceed.

I entered the T-Code VL04 and selected shipping point and Checked the Order

But where i have to select the partial quantity of each sales order and create a single delivery of all partial sales order quantity

Can u explain briefly step by step what i have to do because i am new to this concept

Hi,

What our experts suggested is creation of collective delivery(combination of more sales order in one delivery)

But question is about partial quantity.

There is only one way to change qty.but it is manually

create delivery for order 100 all item will appear from order 100 on delivery screen

Then go to menu OUTBOUND DELIVERY >> Deliver sales order

Then enter order 101 and enter now items from 101 will appears below previous items

Then you can change qty.

But if volume is too big then this will not work

For information, you can select multiple line items and also change the quantity in VL10C. Try yourself.
