QM info record issue due to rounding value in Material Master

Hi,

User isfacing problem in purchase order creation due to QM info record ,we analysed and found that rounding value is the reason for this issue. below analysis for your perusal.

If the rounding value in material master is greater than release quantity in QM info record ,system provide an error message as "NO QM info record exit " at the time of PO creation .

If rounding value is less than or equal to release qty system allow me to create purchase order with the recent revision level.

Please can any one let me know why system is not pulling right revision level irrespective of rounding value in the material master ?
