How to view a published deski document's instance

Hi,

I have created a publication on a deski with profile values. When I schedule this publication it gets succeed but when i click on the instance i see only a text file in it not my instances. Am i missing something here?

Hi,

Have you subscribed the publication file? if not then first create a publication file first then add reports and save & close.Then right click on the file and subscribe the file and then schedule the file.
