SAP NCo 2.0 requirements

Can someone tell me what configuration is necessary on a Windows Server for NCo 2.0 to login to an ECC instance?

Does the installation of the 2.0 version supply all the necessary DLLs or does the SAPGUI or even part of it also have to be installed?

What ports needs to be open between SAP and the Windows Server?

Any other requirements?
