Asset fiscal year change

Hello Experts,

Greetings.

My issue is whenever I m executing tr.code AJRW for "Asset fiscal year change",it gives me an error message "SYST:Period 012 is not valid in financial year variant K4".

Please advice how to overcome with this problem.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Nitin,

Do you have a shortened fiscal year?

If yes,

1) Please check table T093C-XRUMPF. If this field is blank and since your fiscal year variant is for a shortened fiscal year, then this the reason for the error FGV003.

Please set this indicator either via Debugging or ideally with the correction report ZRUMPF from the SAP note 123026.

As per the note the source code is release-independent.

2) Check SAP notes 1169206 and and 672255.

Dear Nitin,

could you please generate the period control rules (tr OA84). Start with the previous year.

Please also check in tr. OAVH if you see something strange.

Do you never had a shortened fiscal year?

Yes Sir,

The error message no. is FGV003 only.

There is no shorten period.

the fiscal year variant you can check in the transaction OB29 and OB37.
