output type not getting saved for the handling unit.

There is a output type "KEP6" which i am triggering manually for hanling unit. it is getting triggered properly and also there is no problem when i save it.

But when i go back and again open the same handling unit, the output type which i saved earlier do not appear. i tried triggering several time but same problem persists.

i just want to know all setttings, i have to check to make sure that the output type can be triggered manually. also let me know if there are some things, i have to check while triggereing the output type.

Hi spiyush,

similar problem happened to me as well.

I was using transaction HU03 for manual entry of output message into HU; after several tries, i discovered that updates in HU (in our case, output message entered) are not actually getting saved even though confirmation pop-up for saving is shown.

So, correct transaction for this purpose is HU02.

This way, manually entered message is correctly saved and you can find it again thereafter.
