We currently do not use SAP Payroll but use ADP instead. However, we do send out the Employee Fed, State and Local Tax code information to ADP for Payroll processing.
We have realized that our current system does not contain all the local and school district tax codes and think we need to get the TUBS updates to keep our SAP HR system up to date with the tax code information.
Could you suggest on how this can be done. Do we need to contact BSI for the tubs updates? OR do we just need to apply some of the OSS notes for TUBS updates?
We are not exactly sure on what needs to happen to get the tax code updates into SAP.
Any suggestions / guidance will be appreciated.
