Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled in J2IUN

Hi All,

While doing utilization using Tcode: J2IUN I am getting following error,

• Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled *

For that I have already checked the following customization

Document Splitting is active in our system

1. Check the field status of GL. It allows the entry for Profit Center i.e optional or required.

2. Check IMG > Financial Accounting (New) > General Ledger Accounting (New) > Business Transactions > Document Splitting > Classify Document Types for Document Splitting

Check whether this document type is assigned to Business transaction (0300) and Business Transaction Variant (0001)

3. Also check IMG > Financial Accounting (New) > General Ledger Accounting (New) > Business Transactions > Document Splitting > Activate Document Splitting. Check whether Inheritance is checked?

4. I have checked Assign Scenarios related with Profit centers to the ledger into

Financial Accounting (New) > Global settings>Ledgers> Ledger> Assign Scenarios...

Still I am facing the problem for above error.

Thanks for your reply; problem got solved through substitution rule.

We have created below substitution

prerequisite

BKPF-BUKRS = '9000' AND BSEG-WERKS = '3200' AND

SYST-TCODE = 'J2IUN'

Substitutions:

X Field is substituted by:

*Profit center * *constant Value * 475896

Hi

Please check the below path

Check in SPRO -> Financial Accounting (New) -> GL Acctng. (New) -> Business Trans. -> Doc. splitting -> Define Doc. splitting characteristics for GL, if Profit Center is one of the characteristics.

Please check and reply if any of the checkboxes are checked for Profit Center field.

Please maintain Default profit center for GL account using T code "FAGL3KEH".

Thanks for your replay, I have checked profit center is maintained for GL accoutns. Do you have any idea about substitution rule for combination of Plant and profit center for Tcode: J2IUN.
