Mesuring document report

Hi,

My requirement is I want report of measuring document for all equipments & as well as functional locations installed for a particular maintenance plant.

I tried IK17 & IK18 for multiple selection of equipment & functional location but system not allowing to select functional location & equipment combinely.

Can anyone suggest me the solution??

Kindly use the multiple selection of Measuring point, it will display all the measuring documents for the same

Hi,

I tried it but it result in dump DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL. I am not able to select more than 9500 equipments in multiple selection. If I select more than 9500 equipments it will results in dump.

try to run the report in background and check , also try to analayse the dump with your technical team

Hi,

In SAP Reports, selection range would be there based on buffer size. You cant select more than certain range. This values have been maintained in Internal Table.

Check with ABAP & Basis team for the short dump. I feel Basis people can increase the Buffer size of the Application Server.
