Executing BAPI (EFC Enable) from Lotus Notes

Hello Expert,

I have a very small question for you. A RFC enable bapi we can call from third party system like VB and Java. I think we can do the same from lotus application also without using any other tool. Am I right...

My lotus administrator/developer say for this Lotus connector used which is with license only.

My question is:

1. Is it not possible to call a BAPI from Lotus notes without using any tools?

2. If yes what are other way (I hope web service, can you just put some light on it how?)

Thanks for your support.

Regards

Swati.

No you can not call a BAPI from Lotus notes directly.

To call this you must need lotus connector similar tool.

Lotus notes and lotus connector are provided by Lotus software and both are involve cost.
