Hi,

1. Can anyone brief me on INP1 and XVAL pcr's??

Whats the logic in the above pcr's??

2. Difference between PTax split period, Basis and Full period??

INP1

It is used to populate proration values and it is stored in technical wagetypes of series /8

Eg: /801

Scenario: if your employee took an unpaid absence ( eg LOP) then his salary should be reduced, for these kind of scenarios you need some factors that is to be multiply with your amount for this INP1 is using

XVAL

It will check the specifications of processing class 10 and evaluate your wage type acccording with that

For example : the processing class10 ( table V_512W_D) for your wage type 1000 (consider it is your basic pay wagetype), you selected the specification as 1. your basic pay will be multiplied with the factor stored in /801
