Rebate Agreement : Manual Accrual ( Values from condtion record)

Dear Gurus ,

Our Client is required to populate the values automatically from condition record when Manual accrual button pressed .

Now SAP provides the facility to update the values negative or positve manually .

Is it possible the values should populate from the condition records and if they want they can correct afterwards .

You can create BDC or lsmw with Manual accrual amount as input through excel file and make it populate automatically and finish the task
