ME5F and ME5A

Hi,

According to the description of ME5F (release reminder), is that we can set reminders for PR release as we can do set reminders for appointments and tasks in MS outlook or its just the report like ME5A with some additional input parameters?

If yes then how to set reminders using ME5F?

Also whether ME5F is usefull for the user releasing the PRs or to users creating the PRs?
