settlement on WBS

Dear gurus,

Please put your comments & suggestion on this scenario:

we have a Mould ,we want all the production functionality like BOM,costing,activity prices but we want this mould should be trated as Asset because this mould has depreciation value.

please suggest how to map this scenario in SAP.
