Headcount report Education wise

Hi All,

I wanna develop a report displays headcount based on education degree, here we have PA cube(custom- Enhanced the standard one) and DSO for education data.

How to connect these two data target to get desired output. This report will display the headcount and average salary. they have salary field in cube too. so how to get based on education.

If I have degree/certificate as single value variable, the report looks fine. But the requirement is variable with select option, so user may select more than one degree. If they wanna look headcount who has more than one certificates. Here the headcount is incorrect, showing 2 or 3 for one employee (as got more than one certificate)
