How to implement an advertisment message when running AFAB

Hello

I need to to implement an advertisment message in the first moment of running AFAB or AFABN (Report RAPOST2000), how can I do it?

I need it just appears when pressing F8 (test, online) and it appeats too in the job log when pressing F9 (real).
