Invalid TVL Record

I use Progress V9.1D and Crystal Report 9. For all my reports, i have the same message : "Invalid TLV record". The problem is occured recently. I have uninstalled crystal report and re-installed, i have deleted the reports and re-copied the reports. The problem is the same.
