Connection time out while accessing Alert Inbox

Dear Experts,

I know many people have faced this error before and forums are there.But still let me take your help to resolve my issue.

I am getting the error 500 connetion Timed out while accessing the link Alert Inbox from RWB.

Earlier I was getting the error realted to FQDN.I maintained the FQDN in exchnage profiles and reinitialize the RWB as per note 750287.Activated the SICF as per note 768456.Ran the report RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES.alert inbox service is active in SICF.

My observations are I am not able to ALRTINBOX on Abap side also.

I am getting the time out error when testing alert inbox service in SICF.

I checked the other notes also like 76416,913858 and also went through various forums.But none of them were helpful.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    Implement SAP Note 1038797: BSP name longer than 15 character

      This issue has been solved by setting the time out parameter as per the note 849089.Thank you all for your replies.
