We run KSPP to transfer the planned activity from PP to Cost centers. Activity quantity not transferred to Cost Centers.
When we analyze the issue, we found that in the u201CActivity Scheduled columnu201D of detail list of KSPP out put it is showing 0.00 and showing the quantities in the u201CNon-transferred activityu201D Column. When we analyze the messages, there were no error message appears but warning messages appeared and details of warning message as below;
Partial transfer only of activity quantities to plan/SOP order 21829.Message no. KP602
Diagnosis
During termination of the plan or SOP order 21829, start date 27.04.2011 and end date 27.04.2011 were found.
This is not entirely within the transfer timeframe of 005 - 005/2011 for activity quantities in Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA).
This problem occurs when the logistical planning process is made on a basis other than monthly. Here, plan or SOP orders were created for periods only partially in the start or ending periods.
Example
Weekly logistical planning results in plan orders created for the week of 30 Dec 1996 to 3 Jan 1997. During transfer of activity quantities for 1997 to CO-CCA, the plan order quantities can only be taken partially into account. The 1997 quantities are included, while those in 1996 are not transferred.
System Response
Activity quantities for plan or SOP order 21829 are transferred only partially. Those not transferred are identified separately in the results list.
Procedure
Check whether further reconciliation between CO-CCA and long-term, requirements, and preliminary planning is necessary.
This happened 1st time in our system. We have analyzed the Planned orders in MD13 and same was created correctly.
Can anyone have an idea how to resolve this issue?
