Asset history sheet creation in OA79

Hi experts,

I am new to Asset history sheet (S_ALR_87012075 - Asset History) this report is not working when we running this report system will showing only text

As per our client requirement they need below history sheet

Opening gross block/additions/adjustment, sale of asset/Closing gross block/Opening accumulated depreciation/ Additional deprecation/Adjustment, sale of deprecation/Accumulated deprecation at the end of the period/Opening gross block/closing gross block/Opening Accumulated depreciation/closing Accumulated depreciation/closing accumulated depreciation/Opening Net book value/closing Net book value

For the above we are creation two separate asset history version because asset history sheet allow up to 8 columns only

In first history sheet we are considering Opening gross block/additions/adjustment, sale of asset/Closing gross block/Opening accumulated depreciation/ Additional deprecation/Adjustment, sale of deprecation/Accumulated depreciation at the end of the period.

In secondary asset history we are considering Opening gross block/closing gross block/Opening Accumulated depreciation/closing Accumulated depreciation/closing accumulated depreciation/Opening Net book value/closing Net book value

In the above case what are the transaction I have to allow for example In Opening gross block (10 Acquisition, 15 Down payments, 20 Retirement up to 75 Write-up all deprec. types )

I am creating the asset history sheet OA79.

Regards

Venkataswamy

    Hi Venkat

I never heard of any such limitation of 8 columns

Refer AR01 or S_ALR_87011990.... I guess it has all the columns you want
