Custom fields

Dear all,

Do you now is it possible to add custom fields for risk proposing?

User wants to enter risk impact and driver categories during executing risk proposal.

I found an information about how to change master data about risk, activity. Note 1320200 and 1469683.

But the problem is that I do not know how to do it for operation, also this information must be used for subsequent risk creation.

Maybe someone has faced the same problem?
